For a man to discover himself, he must know his core values. For a nation to discover itself, it must know its core values as well, but importantly, it must know its culture and its heritage. In the course of history, everything that has ever meant anything drew its beginnings from the values that birthed it and value itself is only ever birthed out of culture; culture passed down from generation to generation, taking on the form of heritage to those who live in its present day.
Nigeria is a nation brimming with cultures that make up its rich heritage. For all who seek to re-establish their connection to a lost heritage or contribute to a future Nigeria, or simply to share ideas with others of like minds, Heritage says welcome; this is the place for you.

Nigeria

As a geographical area inhabited by people, research shows that Nigeria has existed since 11,000BC. However, as a country, Nigeria began its existence back in 1914 when the North and South were joined together as one. In that time, it was colonized by Great Britain up until 1st October 1960 when it gained independence. From colonial times to date, Nigeria has gone through periods of military rule 3 times, 8 constitutions and 4 republics. In all, Nigeria as a country has had a number of trying times, yet it still prevails. We currently operate under the 8th constitution in its history and the fourth republic.
